Pravila refundacije

1. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with consumer protection regulations (harmonized with Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights), the customer (a natural person – consumer) has the right, without stating a reason, to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days.

The 14-day period begins on the day the goods are delivered into the possession of the customer, or a third party designated by the customer (other than the carrier). If the order is delivered in several separate shipments, the period begins on the day the last shipment is received.

2. How to Notify the Seller of Withdrawal

Before the 14-day period expires, the customer must notify the seller of their decision to withdraw from the contract by means of an unambiguous statement sent by post or e-mail, stating their full name, address, phone number and/or e-mail address, and order/invoice number. For this purpose, the customer may (but is not required to) use the form provided in Section 6.

The seller will confirm receipt of the withdrawal notice by e-mail without delay.

3. Return of Goods

The customer must return the product without undue delay, and no later than 14 days from the date the withdrawal notice was sent, to the following address:

The deadline is considered met if the customer sends the goods back before the above period expires. Direct costs of returning the goods are borne by the customer.

4. Refund of Payments

The seller will refund all payments received, including delivery costs (except for additional costs resulting from the customer's choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard option offered by the seller), without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day the seller is informed of the decision to withdraw.

The seller may withhold the refund until the returned goods have been received, or until the customer has provided proof that the goods have been sent back, whichever occurs first. The refund will be made using the same payment method the customer used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise, and at no additional cost to the customer.

5. Customer Liability for Diminished Value and Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

The customer is liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
