TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. General Provisions and Seller Information

A customer is any natural or legal person who selects, orders, and pays for at least one product through the online store.
The online store is intended exclusively for adults (18 years of age or older). By placing an order, the customer confirms that they are of legal age. If the customer is a minor, the order may only be placed with the approval and involvement of a parent or legal guardian.
2. Products and Availability
All products displayed in the online store are described with their essential characteristics and specifications.
Product photographs are for illustrative purposes only. The seller strives to ensure the highest possible accuracy of representation but is not liable for minor discrepancies in packaging appearance or color.
All products are available while stocks last. In the event a product ordered is unavailable, the seller will notify the customer without delay and offer a replacement product or a refund of the amount paid.

3. Prices and Methods of Payment
All prices listed are in euros (€) and include value added tax (VAT) in accordance with applicable law.
Prices are valid at the time the order is placed and are subject to change without prior notice.
Delivery costs are calculated and displayed in the shopping cart prior to final order confirmation.
Available payment methods:
- Credit and debit cards: (Visa, Mastercard, etc.) via a secure payment processing system.
- Payment by invoice / bank transfer: Direct transfer to the seller's account based on an issued payment slip/invoice.
- Cash on delivery: Paid upon receipt of the shipment (subject to customer selection at checkout).
4. Order Process and Formation of Contract
- Product selection: The customer selects the desired product and quantity and adds it to the cart.
- Entering information: The customer provides the required delivery and billing details.
- Order confirmation and submission: The customer reviews the order, accepts these Terms and Conditions, and by confirming the purchase (clicking the "Order and pay" button) submits a binding order.
- Confirmation of receipt: The seller sends an automatic e-mail confirming receipt of the order. The purchase contract is considered concluded at the moment the customer receives an e-mail confirming that the order has been approved and dispatched.
5. Delivery and Delivery Times
The seller delivers products to European Union member states and other specified regions via contracted delivery services.
The estimated delivery time is 2–7 business days from the date the order is confirmed or payment is received in the seller's account.
If a significant delivery delay occurs due to force majeure or logistical issues, the seller will notify the customer in a timely manner.
6. Right of Withdrawal (14-Day Return Policy)
In accordance with consumer protection law, the customer (as a natural person) has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods, without stating a reason.
Conditions for withdrawal:
- The customer must notify the seller of the withdrawal in writing via e-mail at: info@cigapan-europe.com.
- The product must be returned to the following address:
Nord Vita d.o.o. (Cigapan), c/o B.W.L d.o.o., Hladilniška pot 42, 1000 Ljubljana, Slovenia, no later than 14 days from the date the notice of withdrawal was sent.
- The product must be returned undamaged, unopened (for hygiene and health reasons, products with a removed protective seal or foil cannot be returned), and in its original packaging, together with the receipt.
- Direct costs of returning the goods are borne by the customer.
- The seller will issue the refund within 14 days of receiving the returned product.
7. Material Defects and Complaints
The seller is liable for material defects in purchased products in accordance with the law.
If the customer notices a defect or receives a damaged package, they must notify the seller by e-mail at info@cigapan-europe.com, including a description and photographs of the damage.
In the case of a justified complaint, the customer is entitled to have the defect remedied, the product replaced, or the amount paid refunded.
8. Liability and Disclaimer of Warranty
Tech Fun d.o.o. strives to ensure the uninterrupted operation of the online store but assumes no liability for occasional interruptions due to technical maintenance or force majeure.
Product information published on the website does not replace professional medical advice.
9. Protection of Personal Data
The processing and protection of customers' personal data are described in detail in our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and Conditions.
10. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the law of the Republic of Slovenia.
The seller and the customer will attempt to resolve any disputes amicably and by mutual agreement.
If an amicable resolution is not possible, disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent court in Slovenia.

11. Amendments to the Terms and Conditions
Tech Fun d.o.o. reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Each order is subject to the Terms and Conditions in force at the time the order is placed.
