The Journey of a Capsule: From the Arctic Circle to Your Shelf

Few people know what a CigaPan capsule goes through before it reaches you. Its story begins far away, in the Arctic region of Siberia, and ends in a laboratory where every detail is carefully controlled. Here’s the journey, step by step.

1. A Free Life in the Arctic Region of Siberia

Everything begins far from any factory or laboratory—in the vast Arctic regions of Siberia, where reindeer roam freely in their natural habitat. These are not animals raised in enclosures for exploitation; they are a species that has adapted over centuries to some of the planet’s harshest climatic conditions.

Every year, as part of a completely natural cycle, reindeer shed their antlers. This isn’t induced or accelerated; it happens naturally, just as nature intended. The antler it carried on its head until recently is simply left behind on the snow or ground, and the reindeer continues on its way completely unharmed.

2. Collection—Patient, Careful Work

Shed antlers don’t remain undiscovered for long. People who know the terrain, the animals’ habits, and seasonal patterns regularly visit the areas where reindeer roam and collect antlers that have naturally fallen off.

This work requires time, patience, and knowledge of the terrain—there’s no rushing or cutting corners. Every antler collected receives an initial visual quality check right there in the field, before it even begins the next part of its journey.

3. The Journey to the Laboratory

The collected antlers are carefully transported to a specialized production facility, where a phase begins that requires a completely different kind of precision. Here, it’s no longer about understanding nature, but about strictly controlled, sterile production conditions.

Before processing, every shipment undergoes additional checks to ensure that only the highest-quality material continues through the process.

4. Turning It into Powder—Under Strict Sanitary Conditions

In the laboratory, the antlers are ground into a fine powder. The entire process takes place under strictly controlled sanitary and sterile conditions. The equipment, rooms, and staff must meet strict hygiene standards before the process can even begin.

This is exactly the moment that makes CigaPan what it is: the powder retains its natural complex of vitamins, amino acids, and micro- and macro-elements, without the need for any additional “foreign” chemical ingredients. The result is a clean, natural material—nothing more, nothing less.

5. Encapsulation and Bottling

Once the powder is ready, the final step follows—encapsulation. Precisely measured quantities of powder are filled into capsules, which are then counted, inspected, and packed into bottles like the one you hold in your hand.

Every batch undergoes a final quality check before leaving the production facility. Only then do the capsules begin their journey to the European Union, where we import them and make them available to you.

From the Wilderness to Your Shelf

From reindeer roaming freely in the Arctic region of Siberia, through careful collection, to the sterile laboratory and finally the capsule in your hand—every step of this journey is there so you can know where your product comes from and trust it.
